Ronkonkoma Hub Plan Phase II Meeting

The Town of Brookhaven has scheduled the next informational meeting regarding the transit-oriented redevelopment plan and land use study for the area around the Ronkonkoma Railroad Station, also known as the Ronkonkoma Hub.
The purpose of the of the study is to develop a Land Use Plan for the revitalization of the Ronkonkoma Hub that establishes clear and predictable guidance to community and developer; supports compact, mixed-use, transit-accessible, redevelopment; creates housing choices; promotes quality and healthy communities; expands transportation choices; and enhances the Town and Region’s tax base.
